Father’s Day Storytime Celebration at South County Library (2024)

Last Saturday, Charlotte Chinese Story Time hosted a joyful Father’s Day celebration at South County Regional Library. Families gathered to honor fathers and father figures through stories, songs, and meaningful parent-child activities.

Our guest readers, Joseph and Nathan, delighted the children by sharing heartwarming stories about dads, sparking laughter and thoughtful conversations among the little ones. The event also featured interactive games and creative crafts designed to encourage family bonding and cultural appreciation.

Children and parents enjoyed a wonderful morning together, and several participants took home small prizes for their enthusiasm and participation. The atmosphere was full of love, laughter, and learning — a perfect way to celebrate the special role that fathers play in our lives.
