Relive the Magic of Storytime

Charlotte Chinese Story Time is proud to announce that our organization has been awarded the 2025 Best Cultural Leadership Award by the Carolinas Asian-American Chamber of Commerce (CAACC). The award was presented during the annual Best Asian Business Awards Gala held on November 6, 2025, at The Casey by Beau Monde in Charlotte.

Charlotte Chinese Story Time had the joy of returning to the 5th Annual Taste of China Festival at Downtown Cary Park. This was our second year participating in this wonderful statewide celebration—and it felt just as exciting and heartwarming as the first time.

Over the past year, these kids weren’t just “helpers” at events—they were growing, learning, and becoming more confident every step of the way. In this interview video, our young volunteers reflect on what they’ve gained through a full year of service with Charlotte Chinese Story Time.

We welcomed the Year of the Rabbit with a joyful and vibrant celebration at South County Library! This special Chinese New Year Story Time drew more than 35 families, filling the entire community room with excitement, laughter, and the spirit of the season.
